  • Access Control Systems: DSX, Hirsch, Schlage, S2, MAXxess, RS2, and DMP
  • Intrusion Detection Systems: DMP, Ademco, Bosch / Radionics, and DSC
  • CCTV Systems: Pelco, Panasonic, OnSSI, GE, Bosch, and Verint / Lanex

You will thrive at Pace in Sales if you have passion for customer service, account management, business development and experience with technical/mechanical product sales.

Our Tempe, AZ operation, DH Pace Company, Inc., will be excited if you have sold, or want to sell, Security Cameras, Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Parking Revenue Systems, Electrified Hardware and/or other disciplines of electronic integration security.

Position Overview:

  • Proactively develop sales opportunities with decision makers at businesses, hospitals, schools…to influence sales and solve your customers’ physical/building security challenges with a consultative sales approach.
  • Develop scope of work for each proposal and work with blue prints and drawings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) years of outside sales experience calling on businesses (B2B) selling new construction and/or retrofit projects to both end-users and contractors
  • Good driving record and valid driver’s license required
  • Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
  • Must enjoy generating sales leads, hunting for sales leads cultivating new business
  • Sales territory includes traveling in both the Metro Phoenix and Tucson areas; company vehicle provided!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience selling security systems; however, will consider other applicable experience, especially if “technical” type products have been sold
  • Experience with Blue Prints/Plans and Specs and preparing detailed estimates that include product vendors and calling subcontractors where applicable
