Selling a necessity, such as commercial entry doors, means job stability and offers an opportunity to become an expert sales specialist who commercial, industrial and institutional accounts will rely on for guidance when buying doors for their facilities.

DH Pace Company of Tempe, a DH Pace Inc. company, will hire an experienced Territory Sales Representative who has a successful track-record selling Business to Business. Our commercial entry doors look like a luxury, but they are essential to operating and securing a facility, which can offer you a stable, lucrative and rewarding sales career.

Outside sales Reps are responsible for identifying and acquiring new accounts and for introducing our current customers to new products and services. Primary company targets for business development include commercial, industrial and institutional accounts. Will call on Commercial and Industrial businesses and must be comfortable cold calling and truly “hunting” for new business.

Position Overview:

  • Call on commercial and industrial accounts in the Phoenix Metro Area meeting with decision makers to professionally present our commercial entry door product line in an effort to engineer a door solution for customers
  • Develop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale; must be proficient with Windows based programs and sales tools
  • Achieve sales objectives set forth by management, track and record sales leads and activities and actively participate in sales meetings
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Prefer a minimum three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on business to business – ideally calling on commercial accounts selling new construction and retrofit projects to both end-users and contractors; however, will consider other applicable experience, especially if “mechanical” type products have been sold
  • Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred
  • Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and understand blue prints, coupled with prior Estimating experience generating proposals and submittals is a plus; however, not required if capable of learning the process of working with technical applications
  • Sales territory is the Metro Phoenix Area
