Job Description

DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Full-time Customer Service Representative in St. Louis! The CSR will provide an exceptional customer experience by phone and email communication. The CSR will assist with scheduling service appointments, billing, pricing, and a variety of other administrative tasks.

Position Overview:

• Provide administrative support to staff, department and management• Manage inbound/outbound calls to customers• Assist with billing functions• Document and track service tickets  Standard work hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, and a Saturday rotation (approximately one Saturday shift every 4-6 weeks).

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two (2) years of related work experience and/or training is preferred• Affinity for taking care of customers and an outstanding work ethic• Must enjoy a high level of activity in a hands-on environment where there is an emphasis on meeting deadlines and providing unmatched customer service
