Job Description

Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, a DH Pace Company aspires to hire a self-motivated Project Coordinator who will join our Residential Installation Department. You will be responsible for communicating with customers to set up warranties and installation appointments. This individual will perform general administrative tasks and must be very customer focused.

 Position overview:

  • Assist with coordinating projects
  • Complete daily sales orders and service tickets
  • Make confirmation calls daily for next day installations
  • Assist in other various administrative assignments assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of administrative office experience required
  • Ability to adapt to change, new circumstances, and challenging situations
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
