Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations to include scheduling of all jobs and crews
  • Communicate directly with customers to schedule jobs, resolve all scheduling conflicts, and provide a premium level of customer service
  • Develop strong working relationships with all clients through an active combination of site visits, phone surveys, and utilization of customer survey results
  • Manage and improve operational processes and procedures
  • Work with Senior and Operational Management to establish sales and operating budgets
  • Hire, train and develop new employees

 Job Requirements:

  • Two (2) years’ experience as a Manager
  • Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
  • Experience with technical applications and mechanical systems
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
