Job Description

 DH Pace Company, Inc. is looking to hire a Customer Support Manager for our Denver location. You will be a part of the Customer Support team and responsible for managing multiple customer issues interactively. You will be expected to handle day-to-day issue resolution and troubleshooting activities while building a support team. You will work alongside your team to help maximize productivity and performance through effective strategy planning. You will hire, coach and provide training to team personnel in the efforts to maintain high customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a Customer Support or Call Center leadership role
  • Highly empathetic, energetic, and passionate about solving problems
  • Commitment and compassion to doing whatever it takes to make the customer happy, going “above and beyond” to be proactive and helpful
  • Strong motivation to being a team player in a fast-moving, construction based culture where customer happiness is critical to our success
  • Superior attention to detail. Strong organizational and analytic skills, and ability to think on your feet
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent self-management skills
  • Excellent leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
