Overhead Door of Atlanta, a DH Pace Company, aspires to hire Customer Service Representative. You will have the opportunity to impact sales by providing quality customer service and support to the Southeast Region.

Responsibilities

  • Opportunity to impact sales by providing quality customer service and support to the Atlanta office.
  • Will answer phones; route calls and answer general questions
  • Responsible for a wide variety of administrative work; general paperwork, reports, filing, sorting in-coming and out-going mail
  • Take and process customers’ orders
  • Handling incoming request from external customers by email and managing inquiries or request
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of office experience required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in fast paced/high call volume environment
  • Must have proven experience where attention to detail and strong organizational skill
  • Ability to multitask in a face pace environment
  • Must be familiar with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Operate well under light pressure
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
