Job Description

DH Pace Company has a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our Olathe office. If you enjoy multi-tasking and have a high degree of urgency, this may be the job for you!

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient performance of department by:

  • Effectively distributing documents (combination of email and paper copies) to the appropriate internal locations
  • Uploading invoice documentation for processing
  • Creating Excel documents to monitor invoice volume
  • Assisting with statement reconciliation of vendor accounts
  • Coordinating with department personnel to meet deadlines

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Must have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Minimum one year Administrative experience preferred
