Job Description

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to staff, department and management.  This individual will be responsible for communicating with customers, ensure billing/ invoices have been completed and representing the company in a professional manner.  Prefer two (2) years of administrative office experience.  Require computer proficiency and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment. Standard work hours Monday through Friday.

Position overview:

  • Work with project managers on all aspects of projects including processing shop drawings, project correspondence and billing.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Set up and maintain files on sold projects
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress billings for current projects
  • Process project related paperwork to include contracts, subcontracts, lien waivers etc.
  • Prepare project audits for management review at project completion
  • Standard work hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm


  • Minimum of two (2) years of Administrative experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Must have proven experience in a fast paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
