DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire an Admin. Support Representative in our Code Compliance Department. This position is based in our Olathe, KS office. Two years of administrative office experience required. Code knowledge and commercial entry door products/service experience a plus. A desire to learn codes and complete training tasks a must!

Job responsibilities:

• General administrative functions
• Run monthly reports and help track performance against goals
• Research and build content for codes, standards, forms, and products
• Purchase inspection tools and supplies
• Help build content for podcasts and bulletins
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Two years of administrative office experience required
• Commercial entry door products knowledge a plus
• Building, Fire, & Life safety code knowledge a plus
• A strong desire to learn code compliance
