Job Description

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator (AC) to join our Nationwide Service Team. This individual is responsible for client communication, conflict resolution and basic account management for our National Account Customers.  An AC communicates with customers, internal technicians, vendors, and subcontractors regarding door service projects nation-wide. 

Position Overview:

  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor relationships
  • Negotiate and manage material manufacturer relationships
  • Daily contact with end users to make sure all customer expectations are met
  • Ability to manage smaller account relationships as needed
  • Maintain and promote a positive attitude at all times

Qualifications:

  • One year of administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
