Job Description

DH Pace Company, Inc., is a customer focused, sales, and service organization. We are looking to hire a Program Manager to oversee all aspects of Customer Relations with one or more National Accounts.  You will be responsible for working with and communicating directly with decision makers for any specified National Account(s) while gathering information about their needs and formulating the necessary plans to provide the services they need.  You will be working out of our customer’s headquarters located within the Phoenix Metropolitan area interfacing with multiple department decision makers.  Decision makers will vary from security executives to facility managers.  You will be tasked with representing DH Pace Company, Inc. in regards to all services provided by DH Pace.  These services include Physical Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Commercial Entry Doors, Overhead Doors, Gate/Fencing, and other lines of business. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project methodology for project prioritization
  • Build relationships with customer contacts to achieve trust and maximize services provided by DH Pace
  • Manage Project Managers/Coordinators to ensure all projects for assigned accounts are completed on time and within established budgets. 
  • Collaborate with DH Pace teams to drive continual improvement
  • Understand the customer’s current processes/needs and provide recommendations to them based on best practices, minimum cost to them, and scalability while ensuring profitability for DH Pace
  • Advise customer of and provide recommendations on areas of improvement on methodologies, industry standards, best practices and frameworks best suited for their present and future security needs
  • Estimate project costs and develop scope-of-work per contract documents for customer approval
  • Track on-going open projects
  • Deliver project status reporting and executive summary reviews

 Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a Management Position related to customer service, operations or sales
  • Ability to work in fast paced and ever changing environment
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with proven organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, flexible and able to work in fast-paced environment with aggressive project schedules
  • Proven ability to own tasks and identify when and where to take responsibility for them
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as necessary
  • Good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers while representing the company in a professional manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and ability to learn other systems as necessary
  • Experience within the Systems Integration Industry helpful
