Job Description

DH Pace Company, Inc. has a great opportunity for a Front Office Manager in Tempe, AZ! This Manager position will supervise customer service staff and receptionists while also supporting sales staff. If you directly manage personnel responsible for customer service and/or front office tasks, this role may appeal to you.

Position Overview:

  • Help supervise office staff and support with daily activities.
  • Assist customers/vendors over the phone and train new hires on appropriate call-taking techniques.
  • Handle A/P, customer invoicing/billing and generate division reports for senior management’s review of current operation status.
  • Provide back up support and assistance with general office work such as looking up parts in our parts inventory, building vendor relationships, customer service, data entry, filing, etc.
  • Support an active sales team with all construction project activities to include contract review, job costing, and extensive client contact on behalf of the sales staff.
  • Produce general paperwork administration associated with parts inventory and stock transfers.
  • Oversee employee scheduling and foster a cooperative working climate conducive to maximize employee morale and productivity.
  • In conjunction with senior management, review, evaluate and measure employee performance against division goals and standards.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience/training required or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner with great customer service and verbal communication skills
